I have placed a special order for a set of MIT (Made in Taiwan) 316 stainless steel threaded rods, washers, and nuts for use as anchors due to high-altitude work and construction needs.

These components are made from 316 stainless steel. The 316 stainless steel threaded rods are processed to remove burrs and deformed threads after cutting and shaping. They are manufactured by a Taiwanese high-strength screw precision factory that has obtained CNLA laboratory certification and ISO9001 international standard quality assurance, and are not sourced from unknown suppliers such as those on Taobao.

These anchors are primarily used for hanging (suspending lighting fixtures, projectors, art installations), industrial rope concrete exterior walls, and indoor and outdoor climbing wall anchor ears. They are mainly used for fastening and anchoring with chemical anchors and anchoring adhesives. They can be used in high-strength tightening, high-strength tension, exterior wall long-term sun and rain outdoor anchors, and environments with salt, chlorine, and other environments requiring high corrosion and oxidation resistance. Originally used for anchoring adhesives, when you insert the threaded rod into a deep hole with anchoring adhesive, the threaded rod is fixed in the hole after the anchoring adhesive hardens (cannot be rotated or pulled out). It is recommended to use Panrico DA03-PEA300, which can be directly injected with a caulking gun.

For anchor use, it is recommended to pair with AustriAlpin 316 10mm/12mm Bolt Hanger HD03AL stainless steel ear plate anchors or D10-STEEL 10mm/12mm bolt, or other M10/M11/M12 diameter objects that can be used together.
